Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Rupani today digitally inaugurated nations first employment-oriented online call center “Rojgar Setu” on the eve of Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda “National Youth Day”.
Through this new initiative of Gujarat across the country, any youth of the state can dial 63-57-390-390 of this call center and get information about the schemes of any district of the state including study oriented, employment oriented and youth oriented of the government.
With this new initiative by the Directorate of Employment Training of the State Department of Labor and Employment, the Chief Minister also launched the fortnight online recruitment fair (January 12 to January 25).
State Government is moving forward with a mantra of “Har Hath ko Kam Har Khet Ko Pani” . we are committed to provide employment to everyone and everyone gets the right job and GDP raises.
We have organized afortnight online recruitment fair from January 12 to January 25 with the noble intention of providing employment to every youth.The Chief Minister also expressed confidence that about 25,000 youths would get employment opportunities in this online recruitment fair.
The Chief Minister said that in order to realize the call of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi for a self-reliant India, we are organizing such employment fairs and making the youth job giver and not job seekers.
Labor and Employment Minister Mr. Dilip Thakor said that, the specialty of Rozgar Setu project is that for the first time in the country, the candidate will interact directly with the district employment office through Rojgar Setu – Call Center.
In this regard, he said, any candidate in the state can get information only by dialing a single number 63-57-390-390.Not only this, after the call ends, the details of the employment office will also be sent to the candidate through SMS.
Director of Employment Training Mr. Alok Pandey gave a detailed presentation on the new schemes to the Chief Minister. The CM also released the booklet of Apprenticeship Scheme.
On this occasion Additional Chief Secretary of Labor-Employment Department Mr. Vipul Mitra as well as Collectors from various places of the state as well as officers and office bearers remained present.
