CM announces construction of a world class Sports Museum in Jamnagar

Chief Minister of the state Mr. Vijay Rupani announced for the construction of a world class Sports Museum in Jamnagar. The museum will be named after Jam Ranjitsinhji.
The Chief Minister laid the foundation stone of the biggest flyover in Saurashtra at Jamnagar. The flyover bridge will be built at a cost of Rs.198 crores. He also laid foundation stone for works worth Rs. 121 crores. This includes providing water to various industries through the Sewage Treatment Plant. In addition to that, 20 developmental works of the Road and Building Department worth Rs.24 crores, 7 works worth Rs.44 crores and 5 works worth Rs.133 crores were also dedicated by the Chief Minister.
He also dedicated works worth Rs. 40 crores for JETCO and the Akshay Patra centralised mega kitchen worth Rs.17 crores, which is built with the co-operation of Jamnagar Municipal Corporation, Reliance Foundation and K&T Communication. He also distributed Happiness Kits, prepared by Akshay Patra Foundation, to children.
While launching these works, the CM said, “The state government is dedicated to protect the property and the rights of the people. Strict laws have been introduced to curb anti-social elements in Gujarat.”
Talking about the COVID-19 vaccines, he said, “Health workers will start the vaccination drive at 161 places from 16th January, 2021. Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi will attend the online event for vaccination drive. Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Nitin Patel will also mark his presence from Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad.”
M.P of Jamnagar Mrs. Poonam Maadam said, “Gujarat leads India in various aspects of development such as the policies, law and order, etc. The Chief Minister has ensured that the fruits of development are reaped by one and all across Gujarat, irrespective of social status and class.”
MOS of Food and Civil Supplies Mr. Dharmendrasinh Jadeja, Chairman of Municipal Finance Board Mr. Dhansukhbhai Bhanderi, M.P Mr. Raghavji Patel, President of Akshay Patra Foundation Mr.Jagmohan Krishnadasji, DDO Mr. Vipin Garg, and a number of dignitaries and officials were present during the event.
