
Valsad Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS), a state-of-the-art 188 bed multi super speciality hospital, will be inaugurated by Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel, the Chief Minister of Gujarat, on Sunday, February 2, 2025. The inauguration ceremony will be graced by Finance and Energy Minister Shri Kanubhai Desai, Member of the Parliament Shri Dhavalbhai Patel and Member of the State Legislative Assembly Shri Bharatbhai Patel, among other distinguished dignitaries.

Dr Sunil Choksi, Director of VIMS while explaining the uniqueness of the Hospital said, “The hospital is conveniently located on Ahmedabad-Mumbai National Highway no 48 at Pardi Parnera in Valsad district of Gujarat. Key facilities include specialised intensive care units such as a 12-bed NICU with an isolation ICU and 34-bed ICUs for medical, surgical, cardiac, and isolation cases. The advanced diagnostic and surgical infrastructure features a radiology department with mammography. CT scan and MRI facilities, along with a Cath lab and modular operation theatres.
