Valsad city recently witnessed a vibrant display of health consciousness as it hosted a 10-kilometer cycle ride organized by the Trrayaam Foundation. Despite the chilly December weather, numerous health enthusiasts turned out to participate in this inspiring event.

The cycle ride was conceived to motivate the people of Valsad to embrace cycling as a regular winter activity and reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. The event, announced on Monday, garnered significant interest, with 39 individuals signing up within a day.

While Dr. Bhairaviben Joshi, a dentist and founder member of Trrayaam Foundation, participated in the main Fit India Cycling Tour event in Delhi, led by Union Labour and Employment Minister Mansukhbhai Mandaviya, many Valsad residents joined the local cycle ride. The diverse group of participants included children, adults, and women, highlighting the event’s inclusive nature.
Khushbu Vaidya and Vibha Desai of Tryam Foundation, along with Nitesh Patel and Pritesh Patel of Valsad Racers, played pivotal roles in organizing the successful cycle ride. Their efforts contributed to making the event a memorable experience for all participants.
